A brand new look to the show, and new Doctor, companion, and it's more popular than ever before. It has had a good run but maybe Ant and Dec should just pay for their takeaway, get the bus home and move onto other projects. But then this starnge programme came on BBC1. Everyone was talking about it. I'd never seen an episode but the iconic imagery was engraved into my brain, being brought up in Britain. I'd never seen the Daleks on screen but I could draw a picture of one and knew its catch-phrase. I watched a few episdes. It was good. Then a foxy young Scots-man became the Doctor. And woosh! Here we are!
