Seen on a Taxi and has been mentioned as an acronym appearing in the Sontaran Stratagem.

Phil Collinson: Theres something about that Taxi that you should keep you eye out for.

Another planet lost in this episode, more references to stuff like the Medusa Cascade, the Shadow Proclamation and Gallifrey, "Doctor, she is returning" (which you would ASSUME means Rose but if it doesn't could mean Gallifrey or the Rani), graffiti in Latin on the walls of Pompeii which don't really say anything and Lucius says to Donna: "There is something on your back!"

RTD also said tht "the medusa cascade will pop up again but we wont be seeing tht".. something like that. and i was thinking about that "Doctor, she is returning" bit and thought it was rose immediatly coz tht is the only one he responds to

ooo did RTD say that? I wonder if he is just referring to these little tiny references or if it's actually significant.
