well from the classic series it would have to be: the sea devil/silurian storys which are: Doctor Who and the silurians, Doctor Who and the sea devils and warriors of the deep and from the new series probably utopia and the sound of drums

My least favourite from the classic series would have to be: almost all the sylvester mcoy stories except for Remembrance of the Daleks and silver nemesis and my least favourite from the new series would have to be the idiots lantern

mines Smith and Jones closely followed by SoTD and LoTTL

Um, ooh thats hard.
I love the scariness of the Empty Child and Blink is also a beautifully constructed episode.
Though I'm a fan-boy so I'll go for the exciting series two and three finales. Though the series 4 finale looks set to blow those two out of the water...

The classic series was way before I was born so I haven't seen much of it. I've seen a few. Genesis of the Daleks is good. My favourite new series episode is probably Blink (although I wish the Doc and Martha were in it more). I also like Utopia and Smith & Jones. I didn't really like the Dalek and FoB 2-parters. Although I did like Tallulah! Have you seen the deleted scene in the woods.
