Usually it means that the person in question is going to make an appearance....
The speculation is that TW S3 would start filming in August (this year). If so, that would, I think, allow Freema to film Little Dorrit then move on to TW. This doesn't mean she's definitely doing TW, of course, only that it would be physically possible.
