She will have a choice. There is no law that says the woman has to take the man's surname so she could remain Martha Jones if she wished.

I really love Martha milligan it's got such a nice sound to it but I really love jones so she should stick with Martha jones milligan<---thats a mouth full but worth it

I think Martha Milligan has a ring to it but if she does change it, I'll miss Jones.
