No way in the world RTD would kill Martha off. Especially not after the "unrequited love" fiasco from last series. From PIC -- you get the impression that RTD wants to make up for dissing Martha like that...and I believe he will. So I'm all but positive she won't be killed off. Oh and btw, I'm not knocking RTD. I know with the story arcs are written well in advance for the show...so he had no way of knowing how great Freema would be until after the series was over..

Yeah I was sort of thinking the same way. They must have seen the reaction the Martha fans had and that possibly could have contributed to the way the Doctor as well as Martha's character's have developed since then. But yeah, the storylines are brill most of the time.

From all the Interviews Freema's done so far, she keeps hinting that the role of Martha is left opened so I doubt she'll die .

Unless... they're lying and just don't want to give anything away! Remember RTD lied about never bringing The Master back !

Yeah usually I wouldn't think that they'd kill a companion but Series 3 saw the content branching in some slightly darker areas so I'm unsure. At least Torchwood could get away with it because its a known fact that they're aimed at a different demographic. Doctor Who this series looks to have more action packed in, more guns in that sense so yeah I have no idea!

You won`t actually see her die. That would be just too much for the kiddies that watch DrWho. It is ,indeed, after all a family show.

Batman Begins is by far the best comic book movie. The Dark Knight (it's sequel) is destined to be even better.

I dont think Martha will die, and the audio book kinda proves that. But also, the three DW books featuring Donna are released in September, AFTER the finale, so i doubt Donna will die.
