Series Three won’t be the first time we have seen Freema Agyeman in Doctor Who, as she has already featured as Adeola, who met her end at the hands of the Cybermen. But the question remains of how the striking similarity will`be explained?
The explanation comes in the soon to be released book; Made of Steel by Terrance Dicks. According to the guys at SFX Magazine, the book says the following:
‘42 pages in Martha lets the cat out of the bag: “My cousin - Adeola. She worked at Torchwood Tower. She never came home after… I just wondered if you might have seen her. She looked a bit like me.” ‘
Made of Steel is released on March 1st priced £1.99.

I think that Freema is doing an amazing job of being the Doctors companion. And only being that. It is said that before Rose left she was trying of pursuing the career of being The Doctor… how would that work?
But I just have to say. I think David Tenant is superb at playing the character and I think to be very fitt. If only.
I think Rose was OK, But too sexy for my liking. I dont know what The Doctor saw in her. I was happy to see her leave.

Re-using the same actor or actress has been going on for decades in Doctor Who (as well as numerous other television shows).
Often a director will find someone they can work well with or is especially talented.
Freema will look and act rather differently as “Martha” so have no fears, you’ll be loving it by the end of the first episode, I am certain…
