huge explosion behind a door throws the Doctor forward in a hallway as he is running, he is wearing a TUX
he is thrown,
face down,
into the floor
(back to the Shakespearian room)
the Doctor is laying on the middle-left side of the bed
seemingly concentrating no-where in particular on the ceiling.
Martha is trying to lay down but there's not even a body's width of space
She says:
"Budge up a bit then"
Doctor still in distraction, slides a little to his left.
she wedges in a bit, teasing:
"Not much room. Us two here. Same bed. Tongues will wag."

Oh, hurrah! I was a bit worried about the bed situation (I’m all for a new companion, but i don’t want an imiddiate move on from TenRose!) but I think it shows he in a really good light, she’s shy, but she calls his bluff. And she seems dead clever as well.

I hope there relationship doesnt undermine ten/rose. That would dissapoint a lot of people.
Oh, and here I was thinking it was going to get better when I realised she was only stethoscoping him in that first scene, but then they go and throw that over-used fanfic cliché of, “There’s only one bed”.
*Sniffle* I’m sorry, but Rose never got bed jokes. And that is the OLDEST line in the book.
I think I’m going to enjoy really disliking this series, though. Hmm.
