No, if you read carefully he wrote “i’ve got every figure EXCEPT for…”. Dalek Sec Hybrid will not be available until the next wave of action figures, he was on the backing card of this current wave by mistake only.

hopefully all the new figures will be out this month or next! But, there very expensive if u buy em all in 1 go so ill buy most of them wen i go on holiday in August! cant wait for the new figures!
