Looks interesting……..
How refreshing, after all the nonsense with the two S3 box set DVD covers omitting Martha, that Freema is back where she belongs.
good pic is gr8 like layout thanx for image
This makes my list too. Bring it on!
Yes! Ages since I’ve commented, this site hasn’t been updated in a fortnight!!
Anyway I am definitly getting that issue.
YAY!!!!
CANT WAIT FOR THAT!!!
GONA GET UP EARLY JUST TO BUY IT!!
I LUV DAVID TENNANNT!!!
bluemoon, the US version of the S3 box set has Martha and the Doctor on it. I’m not sure if the Master and Doctor is a limited edition or not but it’s bad on either score as it’s the one being used to publicise the set. Even worse, if it is *the* S3 Region 2 box set.
I love Freema on anything though. She’s been the companion all season this season, and she’s due the requisite respect.
Hi ghost!
Yes, I know, which makes it all the more baffling, imo. The Master/Doctor cover is being marketed here plus Amazon UK have just released pictures of their own special edition cover featuring … the Master.
OMG, I just checked it out. Wow. Well, no contest then. I’ll be buying the Region 1 version or I won’t be buying it at all.
How rude of them to not give her the cover - esp, when The Master has one all to himself (limited or otherwise).
They are working my last nerve with some of this stuff. How do they explain the supplanting of the *companion* who has been in the ENTIRE season when it was good enough to have Rose on the cover, and no doubt it will be good enough for Catherine Tate?
It’s sad isn’t i?. Martha is the companion all season yet they put the Master and the Doctor on the PAL Season 3 complete set instead of Martha. Really sad! As ghost stated, the few web sites I checked including Amazon, show the NTSC version with the Doctor and Martha on the cover, as it should be. It’s the BBC pushing its STARS again, Tennent and Sims, and leaving the lesser known Freema out in the cold as usual. Are they totally inept? It’s sad because she’s the one who actually made season 3 what it was - the best season ever. In the states, Sims is virtually unknown, so they of course saw no reason to put him on instead of the REAL co-star.
