Look who’s the centre of attention on the very first issue of the brand new Torchwood magazine! Freema will be interviewed for some possible insight into how Martha Jones will interact with the Cardiff team.
Starting 24 January 2008 and published every four weeks by Titan, “Torchwood” magazine will bring you the latest series 2 news from the hit BBC show, with in-depth star interviews, production diaries, exclusive reports from behind the scenes, brilliant original fiction and an exclusive comic strip.

Aww, now there’s a TORCHWOOD magazine?
How much is that gonna cost me now?
Doctor who magazine is already expensive enough and i cant imagine this one’s gonna be much cheaper
Kool!
YAY COMIC STRIP!!!
I hope this is good, Titan Magazines are notoriously shoddy. Which, if the TW Mag is just as shoddy as Titans other, will be extra embrassing when Panini’s DW Magazine is so well done.
Wow,the cover looks really good, and Martha & Jack look gr8 together.
Hope Martha fits into Torchwood well
cant wait for torchwood to start up again. But it always annoyed me, Martha JONES, Ianto JONES, Eugene JONES.. how many Jones’s do they want to have in the series? Unless they are somehow related.. But I’d assume that Jones is just a really popular name in teh UK.
According to Wikipedia, Jones is the second most common surname in England and Wales just behind … Smith. Of course, calling Martha ‘Jones’ allowed the producers and writers to play on the potential combinations with ‘Smith’ (the Doctor’s alter ego name). Jones, and Smith, for that matter, are popular - if somewhat clichéd - names writers use for average, everyday characters. In DW, there is some irony in the usage, of course, as neither Martha nor the Doctor are average, everyday people.
