Freema Agyeman has won “Best Newcomer” at the 2007 Glamour Women Of The Year Awards.

The fourth annual event was hosted by Jonathan Ross and held at Berkley Square Gardens in central London on Tuesday night. It will be broadcast on GMTV at a later date.

Be sure to catch the star filled British Academy Television Awards tonight at 8pm on BBC1 as we’ve been told there will be an extra special star there - Freema! This will be the first time we can see her at an award show since the MOBO Awards last year.

Freema will not only be in attendance, but she is scheduled to present an award, so she’ll be in the spotlight for certain. No doubt next year she will be receiving one of these awards! (more…)
