Today we have part one of a special photo gallery, featuring Freema Agyeman as Lola Wise in ITV’s “Crossroads” (2003).
Freema often says she loved playing Lola Wise: “Feisty and fun seeking with a voracious sexual appetite. Lola wants to be famous and doesn’t care what it takes. She’s training to be a chef, but her idea of perfect happiness would be to find fame, loads of attention and loads of men.”

We’ve been falling behind on filling our picture galleries of Freema from ITV’s “Crossroads”, so we have a special treat today (it’s difficult to get images from this series because Carlton has never officially released it on DVD or VHS).
For those who might not know, Freema Agyeman played a character named Lola Wise on “Crossroads” (2003, aka mark III). Lola was the middle of three sisters with the same mother but different fathers (hey it’s a soap opera!). She had an older sister named Philomena (aka Phil) played by Shauna Shim who was like a mother to them all and a younger sister named Belle played by Jessica Fox.
