Fan Art Friday, part 3: Book Cover Fantasy

This installment of Fan-Art Friday looks at some of the brilliant (though imaginary) book covers created by fans, featuring Freema Agyeman as Martha Jones.
Just when we were growing concerned that the small number of official Martha+Doctor photos were limiting creative fanart, the fans surprise us again!
What we wouldn’t give to have some of these “books” to actually read between now and when series three airs! (but if you’d like to read some fantastic fan-fiction, aka fanfic, about Martha and the Doctor, we highly recommend the stories at the

Fan Art Friday, part 2
We’re back with another Friday’s worth of great Fan-Art! This week it’s all about the “Jackzter” as we highlight his positively brilliant video (click anywhere on the right to start it playing).
Once again, the lack of available photos can’t stop the true fan’s imagination as they create fantasy pictures (“manips”) from other photos.
Jackzter takes it one step further, since we don’t have any video yet of Martha in action, he cleverly uses the “Ken Burns Effect” to make them come to life. To top it all off, he set the video’s music to an inspiring remix of the Doctor Who theme (by Orbital). We only wish it was ten times longer!
Below the break you’ll find some of the “manips” featured in the video as well as icons “Jackzter” made. Very impressive work! Leave some nice comments and maybe he’ll make some more for us all when there’s more material available…

Fan Art Friday
Despite the very small number of photos available, there already is some really nice fanart being made for “Martha Jones” (as portrayed by Freema). Avatar icons, banners, wallpapers and even fan “manips” (fantasy pictures made from various segments of other photos).
Featured to the left is a “manip” by Sarah531 who says:
“Rose got all dressed up in Unquiet Dead, so why not Martha?“.
Indeed! On that note I would add that Russell T. Davies recently revealed:
“The Doctor and Martha are destined to meet William Shakespeare“. So perhaps consider this a sneak preview?
